1/2" NPT Connections Thermostatic Lavatory Tempering Valve
This option provides a ConTrols® point-of-use lavatory tempering valve for use with sinks, baths, showers, and lavatories. Valve is certified per ASSE 1070. ConTrols® Inside products incorporate water regulation valves from Controls Mfg., a Morris Group International® division.

- IAPMO Lab Certified to ASSE 1070 at 0.25 GPM for excellent regulation accuracy to a single low-flow faucet
- Allen wrench temperature adjustment and locknut resists tampering
- More reliable than valves with a bi-metal design, which can stick and provide unreliable and inconsistent performance
- Paraffin wax design ensures reliable performance
- ConTrols valves operate at a lower flow rate
- 100% tested for porosity and crossflow
